The hour matters.
So does the week.

A session can go really well and still get you nowhere if the rest of the week is random. I programme the whole thing, not just the hour you’re with me.

Everything in
one place.

Your sessions, running, programme, progress and check-ins are in the app. I use it to coach you between sessions, not to replace the coaching.

Open it and know what to do.

Your session is there before you start: exercises, sets, reps and any notes from me.

Your running and gym work sit together.

If you do both, they need to make sense as one week. The app shows the full plan rather than separate bits.

I can change the plan when it needs changing.

Completed sessions, check-ins and progress give me the information I need. I make the important adjustments.

This is how I coach.

It has to fit your week.

Work, family, sleep, equipment and recovery all count. I programme around what you can realistically do.

You should know what you’re doing.

No random exercises for the sake of variety. There should be a reason for what’s in the programme and a clear way to progress it.

A missed session isn’t a disaster.

Weeks go wrong. We adjust things and carry on rather than trying to catch up with everything.

I don’t use one programme for everyone.

I’m Billy Collins, a personal trainer in Chelmsford. I coach people who want to get stronger, run better, improve their fitness or be more consistent with training.

If something isn’t working, we change it. The programme is there to help you train, not to make you fit your life around it.

You don’t need to know which service you need. Send me a message, tell me what you’re doing now and what you want to change, and I’ll tell you what I’d suggest.
